Quiet hotel with new-fashioned rooms. Great breakfasts, with scrambled eggs, waffles and yogurts. Big building and rooms by photos. Exceptionally nice and very gracious stuff and quick to respond. Location just off Green Bay, Wausau, Eau Claire and Up Nort, eating establishments and interstate and a fuel station/ restaurant.

The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and the staff took great pride in maintaining it. The front desk staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check-in early even though we arrived before the designated time. The breakfast options were varied, with even Silk soy milk available for those who prefer non-dairy alternatives. The woman in the dining area was particularly helpful, going out of her way to assist me with my stainless coffee mug by filling it with hot water.

With several restaurants in close proximity, guests have plenty of dining options nearby. The clean rooms and friendly staff make for a comfortable stay. In addition, the hotel offers a pool and hot tub for guests to relax in after a long day of exploring.

The room decor could use some updating, as the brown colors make the room feel dreary.

The staff was friendly and well-organized at check-in. The weekend amenities were excellent, and the coffee was hot and tasty. The room was clean, and our request for a top-floor location was honored. The woman in the dining area at breakfast was especially helpful, offering to fill my cold coffee mug with hot water. The property is exceptionally clean, and the front desk went above and beyond.
